    We are currently on the hunt for a Sales & Marketing Operations Manager, who will be responsible for implementing and supporting a complex commercial software stack as well as improving operational processes across the platforms and the organization, with the ultimate goal of delivering commercial targets.

    Role and success factors

     

    • You will implement and maintain an efficient technology stack and improve commercial processes to:
      • Optimize customer acquisition
      • Lower customer acquisition cost and increase conversion rates
      • Ensure end-to-end tracking of commercial activities and their ROI
      • Deliver continuous market feedback to the product management team

    • To success you will need to:
      • Research, implement and manage platform integrations across a wide variety of technologies such as livechat, analytics, email, marketing/sales and BI tools
      • Ensure a continuous flow of accurate data across various platforms including CRM, prospect databases and back end systems
      • Identify, raise and address process issues to enable teams to deliver commercial targets more efficiently
      • Be the go-to-person the team can rely on when it comes to sales and marketing platforms

    Qualifications

    To bring the win you'll have…

     

    • 3+ years experience working in a sales and marketing operations role within a B2B SaaS background
    • Must have a background in improving sales and marketing processes
    • Proven experience in B2B technology and platforms integrations (e.g. SalesForce, Marketo, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize, DemandBase, Drift, Zendesk, Datafox, LeanData)
    • Good knowledge of the latest sales enablement and data attribution tools and platforms to ensure we are using the best options across the project (e.g. Bizible, Funnel.io, BrightFunnel, Segment)
    • Feel comfortable and familiar with key marketing platform APIs (e.g. REST APIs, AdWords API) is a plus
    • Experience with data ETL is a plus
