    Our Carrier Operations team is on the hunt for a highly motivated, organised, creative yet data-driven, Stock & Orders Specialist to support our Carrier Operations team for our office in London as we continue with exciting projects, facilitating communications worldwide.

    You'll be part of a young and vibrant team spread across San Francisco, Austin, Los Angeles, Dublin, Brussels, Iasi, Seoul and Hong Kong.


    Your key responsibilities for this role include:

    Cost Control


    • Invoices reconciliation
    • Data input and analysis for product costs
    • Financial reporting for budget control
    • Preparation of monthly reports based on back-office figures

    Management of Numbers


    • Ordering new numbers
    • Verify stock levels
    • Create an inventory of numbers
    • Perform testing of numbers

    Management of Capacity


    • Compare traffic trends with existing capacity
    • Forecast for how long capacity will last
    • Assess the need to place new orders

    Ordering & Reporting

    • Prepare, execute, follow-up orders of numbers or capacity with external providers and internal teams.
    • Confirming correct pricing and records are kept
    • Produce weekly/monthly stock and capacity reports for management


    To really bring the win, you need:


    • A bachelor degree level or equivalent through experience
    • Minimum 1-year professional experience
    • To be fluent in English (written and oral). Any other language is a strong asset
    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills with an excellent level in Excel
    • To be very rigorous and have accurate numeracy skills
    • To have strong analytical and reporting skills
    • To have an eye for details
    • To be pro-active & team player
    • To be well organized, able to prioritize and plan ahead
    • Experience in procurement or accounting services
    • To know what’s an ERP system
    • Experience of Telco industry (in an ideal world)
