    We are currently on the hunt for a BI Manager, who will design and develop a self-service business intelligence dashboard, which will enable the commercial team to drive commercial success and customer satisfaction more efficiently.

    This role requires a unique combination of business acumen and technical skills, and the ability to establish and run sales and marketing strategies that generate clear ROI.

    Responsibilities

     

    Role and success factors

     

    • The objective of this role is to generate real-time insights for sales and account reps using real-time business data collected from various systems
    • KPIs include: conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, ARPU, logo and revenue retention, and more
    • To be successful, you will:
      • Own BI platforms and their evolution
      • Interact with sales management to gain a deep understanding of their expectations in terms of lead and customer insights
      • Gain a deep understanding of internal and external data sources and implement integrations with these sources where necessary
      • Keep up to speed on latest sales enablement technologies and assess their value for the Voxbone business
      • Document platforms and train users
      • Report on the effectiveness of BI tools and continuously suggest potential evolution of these tools

    Qualifications

    To bring the win you'll have…

     

    • 5+ years experience working in data science/analytics/BI in B2B with large customer bases and operating via digital channels
    • Experience in implementing project from scratch is a must
    • Hands-on experience owning BI platforms such as Looker, Google Analytics/BigQuery, Google Data Studio, GTM,  Tableau, power BI, Kibana
    • Experience in B2B technology and platforms integration (e.g. marketo, salesforce, drift, intercom, DemandBase, zendesk, Datafox, LeanData)
    • Deep knowledge of the data market and the latest tools to ensure we are using the best options across the project (e.g. Segment, mulesoft, Snaplogic)
    • Experience with statistical analysis including knowledge of data mining tools (e.g. SAS, Python, R) a plus.
    • Familiar with SQL and RDBMS concepts a plus
    • Background in computer science, IT, mathematics or engineering
