    Our Product Management team is seeking for a highly motivated and experienced Head of Product - Network Services  to join the leader in Cloud Communications and work in our London office.

     

    You will report to the VP Product Management and work as part of a young and vibrant team spread across San Francisco, Austin, Los Angeles, Brussels, Iasi, Seoul, Hong Kong and Dublin.

    You’re providing leadership to a team of Product Managers and Product Owners, coaching and mentoring them while setting clear goals and objectives to achieve corporate targets. You have full P&L responsibility across the Communications portfolio that includes industry-leading Enterprise Voice and Enterprise Mobility solutions.  You’re an industry thought leader and responsible for building out the product vision and operational strategy in a dynamic, fast paced, challenging environment.

     

    Our ideal candidate will have experience in leading successful teams and building successful Enterprise products in the VoIP or Cloud Communications industry. This is an exciting position with one of the world’s leading providers of Cloud Communications. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for telecommunications and cloud solutions, and a desire to have great impact working in the telecommunications sector and potentially change the way the industry works, forever.

    • You’ll synthesize product vision and strategy, clearly articulating goals and KPIs.
    • Take ownership of the vision of our Enterprise Product segment, focusing on increasing user engagement, revenue, and gross margin.
    • Ensure that roadmaps are prioritized and executed against.
    • Define and manage go-to-market strategy, including messaging, sales channels and the different engagement models to ensure product success.
    • Measure and report on value creation via business KPIs.
    • Work collaboratively with business and technical stakeholders achieve objectives.
    • Encourage collaboration across offices and teams.
    • Mentor and coach a team distributed across multiple offices and countries.

    Qualifications

    To bring the win, you'll have…

     

    • 7 + years leading Agile product teams.
    • Proven track-record in delivering and scaling a product in Enterprise Communications.
    • Demonstrated the ability to significantly grow top line revenue.
    • Proven experience in marketing your products and creating user advocacy.
    • Strong understanding technical understanding of building highly scalable SaaS products.
    • Confidence, energy and urgency to inspire and motivate the team.
    • Ability to learn and understand fast complex systems and processes.
