    Our Product Management team is seeking for a highly motivated and experienced Solutions Architect to join the leader in Cloud Communications and work in our London office. The Solutions Architect has deep solution expertise in SIP and telecom in general, and drives high priority customer initiatives in collaboration with the product and development teams.


    You will report to the VP Product Management and work as part of a young and vibrant team spread across San Francisco, Austin, Los Angeles, Brussels, Iasi, Seoul, Hong Kong and Dublin.

    You are a technical, customer facing, pre-sales professional accountable for all technical touchpoints with our customer.


    In that context, you own the entire lifecycle of the Voxbone customer’s technical engagement including:

    • Pre-sales support
    • Joint application design (JAD) sessions
    • Proofs of Concepts or other proof of value testing
    • Startup and integration


    Our ideal candidate will have experience in customer facing roles and success leading architecture, design and implementation discussions with customer executives.     Let's break it down…

    • Drive the development, deployment and adoption of Voxbone-based solutions and ensure usage and consumption of the platform by providing architectural design and deployment guidance, supporting development of the customer’s cloud adoption model, and providing appropriate recommendations to overcome customer’s blockers
    • Establish deep relationships with key OEM’s and LSP’s Technical contacts who drive long-term cloud strategy and adoption within their organizations.
    • Keep up to date with technology innovation, market trends, competitive insights and industry regulatory/compliance requirements, and propose/incorporate appropriate adjustments to our strategy and execution in the education vertical
    • Coach technical sellers, solutions specialists and other customer-facing resources
    • Assist in responding to RFPs
    • Interface with product management, marketing, business development to help ensure Voxbone solutions are meeting the needs of customers and prospects.
    • Provide feedback on product features, functionality, marketing positioning and competitive differentiation.


    To bring the win, you'll have...

    • A minimum of 3 years experience as a Solutions / Enterprise Architect
    • Advanced knowledge of SIP, WebRTC and SMPP protocols and their interoperability with PBX and SPC technology stacks
    • Ability to communicate technical solutions to a business focused audience effectively
    • Proactive and self sufficient
    • Flexible approach and willingness to learn new skills and disciplines
    • Experience working with demanding business customers
    • Familiarity with networking and security technologies and services
    • Ability to work with and gain input utilizing resources from multiple teams and disciplines
    • Travel 25% to 50% of your time
    • Experience in dealing with customers within a pre-sales environment
    • Experience in consultative selling of complex services
